This is a beautiful property in an idyllic setting; it’s a shame that it’s not maintained to the standard it deserves. First the good: it’s really beautiful. The grounds are outstanding and there is an amazing array of animals wandering around. The pool area is idyllic and lends itself to a dream getaway. Now the not so good: the management company will hit you with a list of stringent rules while they cut corner after corner. The kitchen is woefully undersized for 8 people and the pantry is locked “for owners”. The fridge is too small and many things are broken. We were only able to use half the fridge during our stay, shelves were missing/drawers broken. A big deal when 8 people & far from town. Also sheets and comforter in master were ripped. Things you wouldn’t expect when you’re spending $2500+ per night. As others have mentioned, the windy road makes it painful to go to the store; it’s a series of small let downs that makes you wishing they had just done more for your dollar.

Villa Nel Bosco is a stunning property and truly special. I usually don't write reviews, but our stay at Villa Nel Bosco surpassed expectations. The home is full of old world charm, and the pool and places to be and eat around the property are magical. We were there for a small family gathering, and felt like there was so much to do on the property that we really didn't need to leave. We would love to go again!

This Villa is wonderful! My fiancé and our wedding party spent our wedding week at this amazing location and it was the perfect way to make an amazing wedding even more exquisite. The property is immaculate and makes you feel like you are in a different world. We are looking forward to visiting this property again during our anniversaries in the future. A few notes for visitors: If you haven't driven Trinity Road before, take it slow. It's a difficult road to drive. If you're drinking, get a driver. Every door in the villa is creaky, we didn't mind this, but it can break the peace and quiet if someone uses the bathroom in the middle of the night ;) We did have an internet outage while we were there, but the property managers were quick to respond and worked very hard to resolve the issue quickly. Due to the location, if the internet goes out, there is zero connectivity or phone service, however the property managers provide a landline in the villa that can be used in such a scenario. All in all, the picture looks like a tuscan villa and I think if you expect the same level of authenticity anywhere in the world you will have similar obstacles to navigate. This place will make your stay even more memorable.

We absolutely adored this place. The villa and property are stunning! The floor plan is open and spacious with plenty of room for your guests to enjoy different parts of the house. Our favorite moments were stargazing on the balconies (yes there are two!), relaxing by the fire pit and lounging poolside during the day. The furnishing were very high quality (most comfy beds ever) and we had everything we needed and more. Thanks to the location, it was incredibly quiet at nighttime for great for getting a good nights sleep. My only suggestion would be to organize a car service (if you don’t want to drive) for your stay ahead of time in case you need to get into town or to the vineyards. I would highly recommend others stay here if you’re looking for a luxurious friends or family getaway. Thanks again for hosting us!
