My wife and I enjoyed our month here. It’s on the calmer side of Pattaya, near Jomtien Beach, lots of local markets, and amazing restaurants like Qulture Lounge. The pool is truly one of a kind and easily became a daily activity along with working out. Morning views on the balcony were also a favorite. The host is really helpful and responsive to requests. The property staff are also very welcoming. We loved it here.

The complex's location is absolutely fantastic and convenient, offering a wide range of excellent dining options, exceptional massage services, bars, coffee shops, and breakfast spots. Since there are no shuttle services, walking 20 mins, taking a taxi or renting a scooter are the only options. Additionally, there are three 7-Elevens, a Mini Big C, Mini Lotus Mart, and a market for fresh fruits and vegetables nearby. Chompthai was very responsive when I initially had no WiFi during the first 5 days, and the issue was later resolved. The building also has a decent pool, good security, and friendly guards. There is a convenience store in the complex, along with an excellent coffee vending machine for 40 baht. Considering the price I paid overall, I would say it's great value for a short stay, providing a spacious 1-bedroom with great surrounding.

Chompathai отличный хозяин. заселение прошло максимально быстро и просто — заранее отправили инструкцию. комплекс очень хороший — большой бассейн, магазин прям на территории, парковка и даже автомат с вкусными напитками (кофе, чай, лимонад) — взяли холодненького и загорать у бассейна 👍🏼 до моря примерно 15 минут пешком, до 7/11, кафешек и прачечных — 5 минут. Состояние квартиры оцениваю на 4. Есть косметические проблемы на кухне и в ванной комнате. За свои деньги вариант хороший

Great experience! Great place! I love Amazon Residence and its amazing, huge swimming pools. The local staff members of this building are friendly. To me, it's the best place in the area: - quiet and peaceful, - with shops nearby and a small local market just a 5-minute walk away, - Ratanakorn market, a large market with fruits and vegetables, is just a 10-minute taxi ride away, - and it's only 17-20 minutes away from the city center (Pattaya City). *We used a local cheap taxi app called BOLT. The host is very friendly and helpful. If any issues happen, he deals with them right away until the problem is solved. Having a responsive and attentive host can make all the difference in ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable stay, and I am grateful for the excellent service provided by Chompathai. I want to come back again and will book through the Chompathai host for sure.
