Felt very safe, great location, other guests around us were friendly. Loved the hot water & large capacity washer and dryer inside the unit! Jone was easy to communicate with and very personable.

Quite place close to restaurants and grocery stores. Jone is very fast at responding to you. Great location in Pasadena. Jone takes good care of her property. I will stay here wherever I’m in Pasadena.

We had a very lovely time here. The room was clean and cozy, and it came with a large TV and comfy bed. The neighborhood was very quiet, and lots of good places (old town, supermarkets, restaurants) are nearby. Also, Jone was very responsive, and she immediately responded to me whenever I messaged her. I highly recommended this place to others who want to have a great homey experience.

This place was nice. It was a good location close to Old Town Pasadena and plenty of great restaurants and grocery stores. Checking in and checking out was extremely easy and Jone was very nice and responsive. The A/C in the unit was incredible, necessary for a California summer! The in-unit washer and dryer were fabulous and incredibly nice to have for a long stay. There is a dedicated parking space behind the building which was wonderful, but it was a little tight to get in and out of. This specific unit is on the bottom floor with another unit above which is not clear from the listing. The internet would cut in and out or could be very slow at times. The bed is very firm.

I really enjoyed my stay here! It was a wonderful location and Jone was so accommodating. Between that and the bonus of having my own washer/dryer AND parking space it was perfect. I was able to park my 4 door Jeep Wrangler in the space which was amazing. It was pretty tight, but thankfully at the time I stayed I only had one car parked beside me which allowed me to open my door comfortably. If you have anything smaller it should be no problem. Definitely beats street parking! Would absolutely stay again! :) Thanks again Jone!
