The cottage is just that and has a nice bathroom and an adequate cottage style kitchen The second bedroom is a little small with bed pushed against the wall. Overall the space is ok for a long weekend and it’s obvious someone lives there some of the time. We had issues with the locks and have asked the owner to deal with them as they are dangerous and wasted a lot of our time Handy for the local pub which is nice if they are open! Although very close to the road there is no real noise which is good!

lovely little spot in a quiet village with an easy walk to the pub. close proximity to Southwell and the surrounding area for exploring. Mark's communication is quick and helpful with the check in experience being so easy. thoroughly enjoyed my weekend stay and would gladly stay again.
