‘Stunning’ is an excellent description of this beautiful space. Kim’s attention to detail, generosity and thoughtfulness made us feel so welcome after a tiring few days. We were only able to stay for one night, but it was pure 5***** luxury. Her love of gardening ensures truly beautiful views from front and rear, with happy birds enjoying life too. We visited the magnificent Minster for choral Evensong, just a stone’s throw away. Thank you Kim, we can’t wait to return for a longer visit.

This is such a lovely place to stay - stylish, comfortable, with everything you could need and very clean. The location is good - just a short distance from the beautiful Southwell Minster and lots of intersting independent shops. Kim is an excellent host too, very helpful and welcoming. This was our third stay and we will be back again soon.

We stayed at Kim's place for a couple of nights for a wedding and it was great for us. It was comfortable, cozy, and the kitchen had everything we needed to make a meal. Also lots of nice touches like eggs, milk, and bread which were greatly appreciated. We'd definitely stay again if we come back to Southwell!
