房间性价比很高，虽然位置离市中心不近，但是可以每天坐地铁或者公交通勤往返市中心。房东人很热心，入住时提供了非常多的帮助。非常推荐！

Maria and her son James were the most wonderful and chill hosts, always friendly and helpful. By chance it turns out that we have mutual friends. The area is great, walking distance from a lot of places I hung out at. I’m also a late sleeper so it was nice to always came home without waking anyone. However, you never hear them at night so I slept very well. The bed is comfortable and Maria left out towels, a warm duvet and an extra blanket. It’s a small bedroom with a table and a stand with coffee, tea, cookies and a kettle - plus a luggage holder and a proper closet with hangers, which was great. It’s got everything you need if you just need a place to sleep. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you, Maria & James for providing me with a safe place and for not getting annoyed when I had a few questions after coming home at night.

A localização é ótima perto de trem, ponto de ônibus, mercado e lojas. A acomodação é muito aconchegante, Maria do Carmo foi muito simpática e prestativa.
