Our family of 7 had a terrific stay at the house! There was plenty of space, lots of necessities like towels, toiletries, and kitchen supplies, and of course a great location by the sand dunes and beach. Tracy was also very helpful and flexible in helping us book dates that worked for us, and was helpful and responsive throughout the process. Highly recommended!

Super comfortable house. Lots of space for our family of 6 adults. Clean! Plenty of great cookware. Lovely fire pit in front for evening fires. Fantastic stars! The only reason I would give this a 4 instead of a 5 is the ORV noise throughout the day. We didn't realize this neighborhood was so close to the ORV part of the dunes which makes up the background noise for the day. It goes on until about 10pm, after that, it's perfect Lake Michigan waves because you are so close to the lake. We had a great time and thank our host. We had a great week!

Comfortable and well appointed home with lots and lots of room to spread out! Living spaces had lots of great extras - movie collection and interesting books to look through were a daily trip highlight! As were the multiple outdoor seating areas and beach toys. The decor is beachy and artistic and fun to be around. It’s evident he has spent years curating this wonderful place. The kitchen is well stocked with every utensil you can think of and there were plenty of bath towels and extras that were very much appreciated. A short @ 5 minute walk brought us to a wonderful soft sandy private beach. The local stores and activities are about a 10-15 minute drive and totally worth it. Highly recommended is Mac Woods Dune Rides - fun and budget friendly way to tour the dunes. Silver Scoops had wonderful ice cream, and the chicken wings at The Chicken Shack really were as amazing as they claimed to be! Lastly, Tracy was 💯 with communication and kindness and willingness to accommodate us. Just a wonderful vacation experience! 10/10!
