This place was incredibly clean and well maintained. The property is beautiful and great for a good sized group. The kitchen had basically anything you could reasonably need to cook. I also really appreciated that the check out was a breeze and they did not expect us to do any obnoxious cleaning procedures like a lot of places do these days. The basement bedrooms are definitely best suited for like a group of friends or kids as the bed spaces are close together, but this was perfect for us.

Incredible views with an unbelievably cool basement room. Outside garden is beautiful and it was a great balcony to watch the stars and listen to the coyotes!

Would not return or recommend. Issues noted 1. Bedrooms: - 3rd and 4th ‘bedrooms’ feel like converted basement; claustrophobic, without light or privacy -all mattresses throughout were old, bed springs squeaked with every move - linens worn 2. Kitchen/living area - dishwasher didn’t clean dishes on any setting - pots and pens old and scratched - not enough silverware for 6 people, all mismatched - table in living room with unsecured wheels fell on someone’s feet - water heater did not work properly, spent entire first day with maintenance guy in living area where the water heater is located - washing machine extremely loud and inefficient; also located in kitchen/living area, so have to listen to it all day or all night Other: - cushions on back patio were practically rotten -all walls are paper thin and you can hear everything throughout the house. - not enough kitchen towels - no dressers in all bedrooms Positives: - Views were spectacular. - host communication was prompt

Spectacular views from the balcony with firepit and plenty of seating space. Very quiet location, peaceful while being only 4 minutes from downtown for shopping and eating. Plenty of pillows, blankets, towels etc. House was well equipped and tastefully decorated. Very clean. The upstairs (main floor) master bedrooms each have their own bathroom and the living area is spacious and cozy. Downstairs architecture is gorgeous! 1 BR in the back with comfy bed (also an extra guest bed) and separate seating area, connected with a beautiful red rock tunnel to the first bedroom near the stairs and exit (2 single beds). The bathroom is near the first bedroom with a small toilet and nice shower. Just make sure to run the water long time to get hot water. First and back bedroom share the bathroom / toilet. Access to the 2 car garage via the first downstairs bedroom and there is also another exit door to the garden. This will be my future Sedona stay again I hope, I loved it!

Very beautiful house, great view of Red rock from the balcony, customized furniture, very clean. We enjoyed our time here. Definitely will come back. Thank you Rebl
