Great place to stay and flexible host
We enjoyed our stay! Nick is a responsive, thoughtful host. The cottage was cozy, nicely decorated, and had everything we needed - even a set of board and card games for the rainy night. We especially appreciated the fireplace. Location was near the water, quiet, with areas to walk around, close to restaurants. Highly recommend!
Our family enjoyed staying at Nick’s place. It was exactly as described and a comfortable place to stop. Clean, cozy with a kitchen, great shower, wonderful fireplace and outside seating area with a picnic table and seating around a fire pit with more than enough wood for several fires. Also, a special treat of a local coffee to enjoy was a gesture of hospitality that we appreciated so much. Thank you Nick we appreciated staying at your place for the night. Denise & David
The Heron Cottage was better than it was described. What a beautiful and quiet setting with plenty of room to have an outside experience that doesn't interfere with your neighbors. The cottage was well organized, and suited our needs perfectly. The loft was larger than we expected and the kitchen amenities were fabulous, including a pound of local coffee that was excellent plus many items most places don't include. Nicholas said he would txt us when the cottage was ready and we got that message 3 hours earlier than check-in time. We certainly would recommend staying here.
