Possibly the best Airbnb I’ve ever booked!!The apartment was spotless and just as pictured. Location was perfect and close to lots of popular restaurants and attractions. I could tell that the owner really cared about our experience which made this place feel extra special. Would love to come back here next time I’m in Lima!

Octavio’s place is centrally located. Lots to do in Miraflores and felt very safe walking around. Octavio replies were prompt and he was always very friendly. I highly recommend anymore seeking a nice place to stay. By the way, this spot was more economical than the nearby hotels.

The apartment is conveniently located in the center of Miraflores district. It is within walking distance from J. Kennedy Park, restaurants, bars, supermarkets, and major transportation options. The building where the apartment is located is generally safe with no sign of danger on the streets around it. Overall, I recommend this apartment with a few suggestions for improvement: (1) the furniture in the living room is not very comfortable, especially the sofa - it's not in good shape; (2) the bed in the master room is good for sleeping only, if you use it for nightly fun with your partner, it moves all over the place. A more sturdy base for the beds would be great; and finally (3) if you visit Lima during hot days, the temperature inside the apartment during the day and night gets very uncomfortable since there is no air conditioner, only fans.
