The location of this property is amazing. Nice view right of the beach, at night the view is amazing. The elevator works, however it takes a bit of time to get to you. The walk up the stairs isn’t too bad. It’s doable. The check in process was very easy and the people at the front are very nice! Go right down the stairs and the beach access is right there! The Lexington is within a few blocks walking distance! Nice place to stay! The only downside would be the outside of property they are doing maintenance from the storm years ago still, so the hallways are a bit run down. However nice place to stay!

DON’T DO IT! We were welcomed by a big piece of plywood with a big red X! There were wires hanging down above our door, we had to duck to get into and out of our room. The condo next door to us was being worked on and the concrete walkway looked dangerous and was crumbling as well as the balcony was missing railing. Very scary to be next to this. Four people were there to stay three nights. You provided 3 towels, 3 beach towels and a half a roll of toilet paper. The fan in the bedroom is turned backwards and on low. The remote control is broken, so you can’t change it. The air conditioner doesn’t work well in the bedroom. We burned up in there and were miserable. We contacted the person we were told to contact with issues, and we received ZERO RESPONSE. Unacceptable!!!!!!!!!!!

This is a great place to stay for a nice getaway spot for 2-3 people. Pros: •The view. •Comfortable sleeping arrangements. (Like the bed is super comfy + pull out couch with extra blankets) •Thoughtful beach amenities like towels and beach chairs. •Cutlery, pots, pans, coffee maker and other kitchen essentials. •Close to amphitheater for concerts •Washer and dryer right down the hall •Large TV in living room if everyone wants to watch a movie together. Cons: •Shower runs hot for five minutes or less. •Four flights of stairs (it is mentioned that the elevator is out of order. I think we visited during remodeling or something) •May need to sweep and mop prior to entry. Strands of hair was left on the bathroom floor. •Charged cleaning fee, but expected to clean before check out. (Wash dishes, pull trash and into hall, clean fridge, pick up towels and put into bathtub etc. no sweeping or mopping though) This may be a reach, but I do not know what to expect from air bnb. This was actually my first experience booking. Overall, it was worth the booking. I am satisfied with my stay here. It was quiet and relaxing ( esp. during spring break) and a nice weekend getaway.

Place was exactly how explained. Yes outside was a bit worn, but inside the unit was immaculate. Beach view was awesome! 😁
