Do not pay pool rate season. Pool looks nothing like picture. Algae. Basement has odor. Master tub jets do not work. Desk rail on top deck is loss. I reached out about pool first day Saturday. Pool person showed up Tuesday still couldn’t use pool til Wednesday. Only got 3 days of pool use. Only book during off season.

The outside of the house definitely needs maintenance, grass was very overgrown, under the house was caked in sand and dirt, we actually had to spend the first several hours cleaning ourselves. The pool looked dirty because algae was stained on the side (some came off when we scrubbed). The outside shower was also barely usable because the shower head was taped back together. When we arrived, the middle level smelled like urine, and we finally found an overflowing trash can with diapers in it. When we called they apologized for all of this but no one was sent out, so we had to remove the trash ourselves and purchase air fresheners. After a few days the pool was becoming dirty and we realized the pool pump was not working, so we had to call again. It took 2 days for someone to come out and fix it, and when they did they never vacuumed. We liked the set-up, loved being able to walk out on the beach on the sound side, and loved the quiet. But these issues definitely need addressed.

It was a great stay. Enjoyed a lot. Only issue was with Wifi, after that it was fixed.

Overall an enjoyable place to stay. Good value. Internet connection wasn't great but it helped me to truly disconnect from work and was able to enjoy my week. Beach is on the sound side of the island and was perfect for our kids to play in. Loved the area and hope to come back soon!
