We have been Abnb hosts since 2016. It is only since Covid that our house has been empty of people. We have enjoyed the hustle and bustle of Abnb hosting and met so many wonderful people from all walks of life and many different countries. We are now ready to host again after 'lock down' and welcome people once again into our home. Jez and I have many interests; Dance being one of them. This summer we have really re connected with mother nature and the great outdoors, hence camping in the garden! We have discovered so many local countryside walks that until 'lockdown' we did not know existed! The roads around us are quiet and ideal for cycling. Great Dunmow is really close and there are an array of eating place.s on the high street. There are some great traditional market towns close by: Saffron Waldon, Bishops Stortford and Thaxted and of course Great Dunmow. The local train station connects to Cambridge and London. We are happy to welcome you for a one night stop over, a weekend break or longer term. The room is suitable for single occupancy and for short breaks of up to a week, for a couple/two guests . This is a great place to unwind, and reconnect with the countryside We offer cereal and toast for breakfast and you can either eat this alfresco 'outside' or in the dining room, our crazy dining room! Jack is very friendly and the chickens are just chickens! We look forward to sharing our home with you.
