This was our second stay at this location. It felt like coming home to both the location, the interaction with Chris and the lovely property manager Harold. We had a different condo, across from one rented last year. It was as pleasantly furnished and all same amenities. Chris is very responsive and friendly to all inquires and even more enjoyable when you happen to meet him in person. Incredible location to stroll quickly into the Main Street ( Park Ave) in Winter Park and enjoy all this has to offer. Love the location for quick access to I4 . And all the art museums right around the corner to enjoy. Just love our stays here!

nice place for vacation. we picked the location for proximity to a wedding venue in winter park but it was easy to go to disney, universal, and KSC from here as well

Absolute GEM! If you are staying in Orlando, do not hesitate to book this home. Great open space, plenty of room to stretch out and find peace and relaxation with family and friends. Beds were extremely comfortable, kitchen well stocked with utensils and appliances, homey and comfortable and clean. Not a bad thing to say, really. Walkable to everything in winter park and parking very accessible. My daughter loved the addition of the little tykes dino car amidst the other bikes there to use. Would book again in a heartbeat!
