This was my 2nd stay here. The location is walkable to Upenn, coffee shops, restaurants. Bus line is a block away. The property is quiet, clean and exactly as listed. Very responsive and helpful owners. Definitely the best value in the neighborhood. Note: There is no microwave in this unit. Coffee maker and hot pot available.

Great stay! Highly recommended. Host is very responsive and even let me leave my luggage after checkout for a bit.

This was a great place but definitely not for everyone. For those not used to city life and noise, basement location made this a very quiet place. Steps in and out are not recommended for those with issues with walking or using stairs. More West Philly than U City (fine by me) but again may not be for everyone. Close to Market-Frankfoet line and busses. EXTREMELY clean and great linens! Coffee tea and a fridge so plan on eating out. Good wifi but if you need a tv bring a small one. (not an issue for me) Perfect for traveling friends, or couples not needing to snuggle (beds are small). ONE smaller child was easily accomodated but would not recommend two. The place was comfortable and clean. They answered our questions very quickly and let us keep our luggage for a few hours after check out. Overall it was a very good experience.

The free street parking is much easier than what I expected. The accommodate is located in the basement and completely isolated from the house.
