Really nice space for a small group or family. We loved the nicely arranged common spaces and lovely dining area - the porch was also nice to sit out and enjoy the evening. Be aware there is only one double bed - as advertised - the others are singles. Overall, this was a very comfortable and nicely decorated space in a lovely walkable area.

Our family had a great stay at Lassiter's lovely home! The home is exactly as described, welcoming, well appointed and very comfortable. Great location in University City on a quiet street. We had a great time at the Saturday Farmers Market and sampled the many food trucks in Clark Park just a half block from the house as part of a special weekend with family. Lassiter was extremely responsive throughout the entire reservation and rental. We would definitely stay again! Thanks again for opening up your home to our family!

Lassiter’s place was spacious, warm, and inviting. We loved the location - less than a block to Clark Park. There were many amenities in the kitchen, which made cooking easy. We will definitely return!

What stood out most to me was how clean this home was. Spotless. A very comfortable place to stay. I recommend this home to families with children especially. Lovely artwork throughout. Handicap parking right out front. I was grateful for the coffee station. A wonderful shower with the best water pressure! Shampoo and conditioner were provided. A few small mishaps... Missing toilet paper for the upstairs bathroom. No soap for shower (I bought my own). Not enough soap in the downstairs bathroom. I messaged with questions both nights (830pm) that went unanswered until the next morning. This was unexpected because no other review mentions delayed reponse time. Overall a pleasant stay. Thank you!
