Nice property, easy walk to the beach . Nice that they provide kayaks for the canal. this is a very quiet, peaceful property.

Great place to stay away from the resorts near the best snorkeling on the island. Luz was very kind and helpful. Pools are shared but we didn’t see many people. Beach access is a 2 min walk. Stay here over a resort!

The location was great! The Gardenia Villa was even nicer in person. Luz was very pleasant and helpful. I could reach her on What'sApp and she supplied us with life vests and snorkeling gear. It was easy taking the kayak's out on the canal. Very happy with the scenic short walk to the beach. The kitchen was fully equipped; however, the stove does not heat up well, so avoid needing to use the oven. The stove top was perfectly fine. The large screened in porch was a favorite place for my family of five to hang out. We enjoyed the shower and there was plenty of hot water for all of our showers. The balcony off the bedroom overlooking the canal was heavenly in the mornings. One could walk to the Turtle Cove Marina and grab a bite to eat one of about 3 or 4 restaurants. When following the GPS using the location pin sent, it will take you off course. Glad I read an earlier review and knew to look out for Coconut road and to make a right turn. I would love to stay here again.

Gardenia Villa is a great location very close to the beautiful beaches in Turks. We did a parasailing trip and were picked up right on the beach! The pool is nice for relaxing and there is a grill area. The Villa had a great upper deck we sat on every day in the mornings and evenings. The place was very clean and Luz, the housekeeper was wonderful. There is amazing snorkeling just off the beach and there are some good restaurants and bars in walking distance and bikes available to ride. Would definitely stay at Gardenia Villa again.

Very bad attention from Mrs. Luz, we feel the racism in her attention because we are not white Americans. I definitely wouldn't go back just for her. the place is good and delivers what it promises, if you are Latino or of color it is definitely not a place you should book unless someone else is attending Ms. Luz. The check in says that at 4pm and the check out says that at 11am, at 9:45 in the morning, Mrs. Luz went to ask us to leave because other tourists were arriving at that time, we do not understand why when requesting to do a check in at 2 PM was not possible for us and one at 10am was possible for other tourists.
