We had an amazing stay and we really recommend it. The cabin is exactly like the pictures, very comfortable and cozy. Kitchen is well equipped, and we were warmly received both by Isabel and Rui. There is a small fire to make inside, which was perfect given that we got a bit of a severe weather. It rained and it was cold all the time but we really enjoyed ourselves. The hot tub you have to warm with wood and it took us quite a bit to make it work because of the weather but we think thats what makes it special and we enjoyed the process. It was a very unique experience! It is perfect for couples and very private. you cannot access with normal cars, just SUVs, but you can easily walk from the parking spot - 15min walking in nature. Rui and Isabel also will help you and support you with anything any time of the day :) . we can only thank them!

Rui's house has made our stay in Portugal. It is a hidden paradise set on its own amongst the hills and woodland. if you are looking for a break from your busy everyday life this is the place for you. Total seclusion. The house is very well set up with space to lounge by the large wood burning stove and a well equipped kitchen. The beds are so comfortable. The wood burning baths looking out over the valley were the icing on the cake. They take a few hours to get hot but worth the perceverence. We spent 2 hours in them !!! One thing I would say is go well supplied with food and Drinks as you won't want to leave once you've arrived.

Rui's place was enchanting. My partner and I especially enjoyed a moonlit dip in the woodfired baths. Inside was very modern and beautiful. Rui and Isabel were lovely people and kind enough to give us rides to/from our parking spot. We were able to park a campervan nearby for 2 nights without issue.

El sitio es inaccesible si no tienes un suv o un Jeep o un todoterreno, pero amablemente nos acercaban y sacaban de la casa ellos con su vehículo, la casa impoluta y la localización una maravilla, encantados de tratar con un anfitrión tan amable y cuidado.

Fantastic place!! nature, river, silence, fire place.. just perfect to relax. Rui was very friendly and the house is very comfortable and well built for it's rural appearance.
