The location is fantastic, with the view and garden being the highlights. The photos of the place are outdated, which is a plus for the now well equipped kitchen but also means that the outdoor shower is no longer as pictured and some Of the outside furniture different than shown. The house has a very strong sewer smell, that others have also noted in the reviews. It’s coming from the upstairs bathroom, despite the cleaner mentioning that there was a very recent renovation. It’s really a terrible smell, and hard to keep it to the bathroom. San Vitonis a great little town, and from the house you can walk along the beach to the center in 700m or walk along the closed road/boardwalk. We really enjoyed that. The Zingaro park entrance is also just a 15 min drive away and has fantastic trails to the beaches in the reserve.

An absolutely amazing location. We were on the beach at 8am everyday and loved it. So relaxing. The kids loved the water and the simple things in life made it. The villa was lovely everything you needed for a family holiday. Can’t fault it, thank you.

This is the most amazing house. Right on the beach and a short walk to a very vibrant and chic seaside town. We couldn't have asked for more. The pictures do not do it justice. Francesco and Rita our hosts helped us out lots and were very accommodating. We really loved our time in San Vito lo Capo and couldn't recommend this house more.
