Jo's house is absolutely beautiful and perfect for a big family or group of friends to stay in for a chilled getaway. It has everything you might need and is a walk away from shops, restaurants, a supermarket and the beach, plus a very quick ten minute drive to the centre of Brighton. The house itself is high spec and manages to be really cosy and homely even though it's so spacious. Jo herself is a lovely lady and a super communicative and thoughtful host. Highly recommend!

Joanne is an outstanding host. Extremely responsive, communicative, accurate and flexible. In these strange times one couldn't ask for more. In terms of the house, Joanne's host was tidy and well prepared for our stay. She left a very useful welcome pack that answered all of our pertinent questions and more. The pictures do not do the home justice, it was larger than expected but very cosy and accommodated for a very large family of 11. In terms of location, Joanne's place is a 10 mins cab ride from Brighton pier but has very quick access to the beach in Hove. All things being considered, she is a great host and I would highly recommend her place.

Really enjoyed our stay here for the weekend celebrating a 29th birthday. Great space with a cosy feel and good location just by the high street.
