Very clean and well kept. Not much room for pets to go outside and located on a rather busy street. Relatively close proximity to anything in Lafayette.

I always love staying with Penny. She's kind and responsive. I love the location. The area is quiet and peaceful,with beautiful mature huge oaks and flowering landscapes. Very close to everything i wanted to do: the university campus , great food, Girard Park, Albertson's and family. Perfect place for my family.
