Light-filled, well-appointed house, convenient to Kroger and all the downtown locations we wanted to see. It's kind of a shame that we didn't give ourselves much time to sit and relax, but it's so nice to spread out on a family road trip at the end of a long day! Beds were clean and comfortable and felt like a home away from home. Justin is a local host and very accommodating. He responded immediately to questions and concerns. Great stay! Driveway stumped us, as it's off the main road; it's steep and narrow, but if that's not your thing you can park on the westbound side of the street. Nice park and walking/biking trail within 10 min. walk. We'd never been to Atlanta before. All the neighborhoods we passed through seemed safe and clean, with a thriving shopping and entertainment district on Ponce. Highly recommend, all within easy 15 minutes of this place: Georgia Aquarium, Zoo Atlanta, Atlanta Botanical Gardens, Carter Presidential Library, Center for Puppetry Arts.

We spent one month at Justin's home, and it was great. Big, spacious, lots of sunlight. Also centrally located so it was easy to access things. Solid spot for long-term stays, including if you're WFH.

Justin's place is in a great location on the east side of Atlanta. Near the highway and in a neighborhood with lots to do, we appreciated the ease of access to the city. The house itself is spacious with three bedrooms and three bathrooms. The kitchen is well-appointed and it served us well for two weeks. I would not recommend this place if many people need bandwidth to work from home. The internet was spotty in some locations in the house and at times was very slow with multiple people/devices online. Besides that, the internet service was adequate for normal use. Unfortunately, we did not find the rental adequately clean upon check. We noticed hair on the sheets, some towels, and especially on the carpets. Justin was responsive and sent his cleaning crew for a touch-up the next day, but not all concerns were addressed. If you are looking for a spotless spot, this might not be it. Overall, Justin's place offers good value and location. He's a helpful and responsive host.

Overall great stay from Christmas to New Year’s Eve. This was one of the best equipped Airbnb’s I’ve had in a long while. My family had plenty of space to work and maneuver without interrupting one another. The three bathrooms were a huge plus. It was easy to make full meals because the kitchen was well-stocked with every tool we needed and even had a few spices. About half a mile from the home is a lovely walkway. We felt safe taking a stroll while also being conveniently close to the Edgewood Retail area, Krog street and Little 5 Points. The driveway was a bit narrow to navigate with our rental car, but there was parking available. We parked on the side street and our vehicle was safe. Not really any negatives apart from the lengthy clean up instructions on top of the cleaning fee, but I believe this to be more of a systemic issue with Airbnb in general. This can be an issue for guests with limited mobility. Would definitely recommend this home overall.

We were very pleased with the stay, everything was very clean and neat. Area perfect and walking distance to nearby shops, supermarkets and close to airport. Place was well equipped with appliances and area felt very safe. Will definitely recommend to anybody.
