The cottage was wonderful - colourful and arty - uncluttered and so homely. Powerful showers and copious hot water. Comfortable beds and lovely bed linen and towels. The garden is simply amazing and we were blessed with great weather! It’s a good location for the Morecambe area, Silverdale, Arnside and further into the Lakes Claire and John were excellent hosts and were discretely on hand for any queries. We would recommend this cottage and are hoping to return. Thank you so much Claire and John… We had a lovely stay!

Claire and John made us feel extremely welcome. The property was absolutely spotless and extremely comfortable with lots of little extras. We'll definitely be back. Thank you again for the tour of the garden, the homemade cake and hot cross buns as well as the wine.

Had another wonderful stay! We stop here when visiting family in the village and its always clean, comfortable and cosy. Claire is a great host, quick to respond and helpful, plus she makes a lovely cake!! We will definitely be back again.

This place is an absolute gem and was beautiful inside and out. The hosts couldn’t have been more helpful or welcoming. Faultless. Would recommend to anyone !
