A great lodge to stay at for a weekend but we would have loved to stay longer. Amazing location right of the lakeside. Lots of little details to make it extra special!

We have just arrived home from an amazing, relaxing and fun weekend break with the family. The lodge was clean and had everything we needed and more. Every little detail had been thought about. Home from home. The treats from Margaret and John were a lovely surprise. Our trip was everything we expected and more. Our kids 10 and 5 loved there stay, the weekend we stayed there was no night entertainment, no kids disco, the kids were not bothered as they loved the place. The food in the restaurant was delicious we ate there Friday and Saturday night. Sunday we had Sunday lunch at the county in Carnforth. I can recommend there too. Margaret and John were great hosts and helped us book into the pool for our weekend. Any questions were answered quickly. Fab hosts, fab lodge and a fantastic holiday. Our visit to Pine lodge was amazing, great communication from Margaret, and the lodge is a wonderful place to go, the views are amazing from the balcony, we really enjoyed it.
