Our road leads down into the Earl of Dashwood’s Estate. A short walk through the bridle path takes you to the beginnings of the river Wye that runs through the estate and a bridge over the water. There are lots of water birds and wildlife for you to see as well as the back of the grand house and statues on a walk around the perimeter of the estate grounds. Central Wycombe is not far if turn right out of our road, similarly, the countryside beckons with all it has to offer turning left towards West Wycombe village from our road. I highly recommend checking out my guidebook for highlights of the area.

We are just off West Wycombe Road, there is a bus service directly into town from the bus stop opposite the turning into our road. There is a good taxi service that is close by and if you feel like a walk, centre of town is approximately a 25 minute walk, taking you to where the train station is.
