Mike and Taylor have a gem of a property. The house and grounds were well maintained. The house was very well stocked with items you normally would need to provide. We loved the Alpaccas, chickens and goats. They are in their own fenced-in area that's close enough to enjoy yet far enough to enjoy the yard, grill area and outdoor dining area. We enjoyed walking the 40+ acres and remote Pavillion and fire pit. We all felt right at right at home. The owners were very helpful with recommendations in the local area. We highly recommend to anyone who wants to spend time together in a peaceful property. oh and the views from the kitchen and dining room table were indescribable.

This was our second visit to Mike and Taylor's place and we had just as wonderful a visit as the first. The house is so well stocked, comfortable, and clean. It is perfect for a family, lots of books for both kids and adults. The alpacas, goats, and chickens are so fun. Mike and Taylor are excellent communicators and so helpful. We'll definitely be back again!

Cannot say enough great things about Mike and Taylor’s home. My husband and I came for my birthday weekend with our two dogs. Hosts have a packet they send you full of recommendations, map of the property, etc and always cominicated with us. Home was perfect for them and us. We could not get enough of the beautiful land that surrounds this home!!! House is well stocked and so easy to stay home and cook meals. Dog door with backyard cannot be beat. Our pups loved looking at the Alpacas as well. Great location in between Salida and Buena Vista. This place has a special energy that cannot be described. We will return ❤️❤️

Mike and Taylor's house was exactly as described—a beautiful, comfortable space with everything we needed, including gorgeous mountain views! Our only apprehension going into the weekend was being right off of 285, and that was not an issue at all—the house is far enough back from the road that the only time we noticed any traffic was when we were coming and going to Buena Vista, Salida, and the Mount Princeton Hot Springs (all incredibly accessible, even on a cold, snowy January weekend!)

Fantastic property and hosts. If you are considering booking this place just do it before someone else does! Mike & Taylor were very hospitable and accommodating from the beginning of our stay until the very end. The place was super clean and well stocked, having amenities beyond what was mentioned in the description. A very well stocked kitchen made it easy for us to prepare the food we brought. Our entire group, including our pup, enjoyed their stay. Be sure to check out the entire property. We didn't have a chance to check out the games and firepit area until our last day. We'll definitely stay here again in the future and take advantage of it. We had basically given up on air b&b until we stayed at this place due to several consecutive bad experiences with hosts. My faith in humanity is restored again. It's that good.
