المميزات : - السيد Enver شخص مهذب ومحترم جدا ولطيف للغاية، كان متجاوب بشكل سريع ويحاول جاهداً توفير كل سبل الراحة للضيوف، فعلاً انه شخص راقي وخدوم. - موقع الشقة جدا ممتاز تبعد تقريباً عن ميدان تقسيم حوالي خمس دقائق مشياً على الأقدام، ويوجد بالقرب منها كل الخدمات من المطاعم والمواصلات والسوبر ماركت، كذلك الطريق المؤدي للشقة آمن. - الشقة نظيفة ومريحة ودافئة، تتكون من غرفة نوم وصالة معيشة مع مطبخ صغير متكامل.تتسع لشخصين وطفل تقريبا. - السيد Enver كان حريص على توفير جميع المستلزمات التي يحتاجها الضيف في الشقة. - وجود لفت في المبنى وهذا طبعا نادر في شقق اسطنبول. - تنظيف الشقة يكون بشكل شبه يومي وهذا الشي ممتاز جداً. - الأسرة كانت مريحة - تدفق الماء قوي. السلبيات: - بطبيعة الحال في اسطنبول المزدحمة هناك ازجعاج من الشارع، اذا كان نومك خفيفاً لن تستطيع النوم بسبب الازعاج المستمر ويوجد ملهى ليلي قرب المبنى مزعج ويعمل طوال الليل. - التكييف لا يعمل يدفع هواء حار. - الواي فاي ضعيف جدا ويفصل بشكل مستمر. - مدخل المبنى ضيق جدا ولاتوجد مساحة حتى للجلوس او وضع الحقائب. - توجد سلالم في بداية المدخل، سوف يكون متعب نوعاً ما لحمل الحقائب أو عربات الأطفال. - المصعد ضيق ولا يتسع إلا لشخصين. في الأخير بالطبع أنصح بهذه الشقة لمن يريد القرب من ميدان تقسيم والخدمات القريبة. وأحب أشكر Enver على حسن ضيافته، سررت جدا بتعاملي معه 🌹🌹

The apartment is perfectly located, 2' walk from Taxim Square where you get the metro to anywhere and 5' walk from the airport's bus station. It has everything you need inside, we really appreciated the washing machine and there is a cleaning lady coming every second day as well. One of the reasons we chose the particular aparmentment was the elevator and that was a good call, as at the end of a full day the last thing ones needs is taking the stairs. The balcony had nice view and was great either for enjoying our coffee or having a smoke. But the apartment's most valuable feature is Enver himself. He was always very easy to reach and helped us beyond our expectations. We had a cash problem, he helped out, he arranged for the pcr tests to be taken there so we didn't need to look it up and he even registered it to the health department of Turkey for us, he helped us with our luggage to the bus station and many many other. When being a foreigner to a country it's crucial to have someone you can turn to when need comes and Enver is that kind of person. He's a good friend in a country you know no one. I definetely recommend staying at his apartments, we ll surely do so again! And some small tips for first time internatiol travellers to Instabul: 1)when getting a SIM card choose the 30gb package, wifi isn't always reliable and you barely find it in public places 2)don't shop before you visit the Asian side of the city, at Kadikoy -you get there by the boat line, just like taking the metro- we found a great market and everything was 1/3 of the prices 3) for smokers, when entering the country cigars cost 1.60 euro per package but when getting out it's 3 euros. So make your supplies before the airport back home.

I have to say he is the best host bar none. He seams like online 24/7 because every tome I send him a message he responded back with in a minute regardless time of the day. I for got to return his keys and he came all the to my next hotel to get them. you are the best and very thank you.

Расположение отличное. 5 минут от автобусной остановки на которую приезжает автобус с аэропорта. 5 минут до метро. Апартаменты большие и комфортные. Есть все удобства. Хозяин живет рядом, отзывчив и всегда готов помочь. Рекомендую.

I would definitely recommend Enver's place to anyone, who is planning to stay in Istanbul for either a couple of days or extended period of time. First and foremost, this apartment is very, cozy, clean and comfortable. Second, it is perfectly located, just 5 minutes away from Taksim square, 7 minutes away from the Havas bus station (where the shuttle buses arrive/depart to/from the airport) and close to many restaurants, cafes and small shops. In addition, I was travelling in February when it got cold. However, a heating system in the apartment worked well and efficiently which made the apartment exceptionally warm and fuzzy. Also, I would like to highlight that I really liked the bathroom, as there were no issues with a pressure or hot water in the shower. Washing machine was also available, and I used it as well. On top of that, Enver was very flexible, responsive and kind. He shared all useful and important information with me, helped me when I needed to get a taxi to the airport and overall was incredibly compassionate. Enver's English is fluent, and I did not have any problems while communicating with him. Again, thank you so much, Enver! I will definitely stay at your place again once I am in Istanbul.
