This 6 bedroom, 5 bathroom newly refurbished home on 2.3 acres abuts a brook & conservation land and is the perfect destination for a White Mountain family ski trip or summer getaway. 6 bedrooms (4 with King beds), including 2 master suites with private bathrooms, sleeps 16 adults. Comfortable furniture, mattresses, & fresh linens. Best game room in town with ping pong, video arcade game with 1,100 games & 65" TV. Living room with gas fireplace, outdoor fire pit, and less than 2 miles to town. We maintain a 16-adult-guest maximum. NO PARTIES OR EVENTS. WE HAVE A GOOD NEIGHBOR POLICY. PLEASE FOLLOW the RULES for FIRE PIT SAFETY and CHECK OUT. You will have private use of the main home including the 3-car garage. Additionally, the home has all furnishings throughout, including linens and new kitchen amenities. We also have 12 smoke/co2 detectors throughout the house! In between guests, our cleaners clean and disinfect all common surfaces and we replace all pillows and blankets/comforters for a rental cycle to minimize risk of infections. We have also added two large air filters in the living room/kitchen and Game Room. The kitchen is fully stocked with utensils but we clean out all food items because of the pandemic so bring whatever you need for cooking like spices, oil, condiments, etc. There is a large supermarket about 10 minutes away by car. When you leave, please take any food items with you because everything is discarded by the cleaners. We have installed a 14-50 outlet in the garage for electric car charging. It is 240 volts and it easily charges cars overnight. In addition, we have a Tesla dedicated charger. We do not allow smoking or pets. There is a small owner’s area in the house with a separate entrance. You will not have access to this area. It will be occupied during your stay by our caretaker as required by local laws. She will not access the house during your stay. DISCOUNTS- We offer a 10% discount for rentals of seven nights or longer, and a 5% discount off next year's rates for guests who reserve their space for next year in advance. PARKING- Absolutely no parking on the road. The road and bridge are narrow and your car will be towed if it is parked on the road. We are about one mile to Mt. Cranmore and less than two miles to North Conway village.

This house was amazing and well worth the price! Andrew was an incredible host and attentive to our every need.
This was our second year at this wonderful, fully equipped home. We have been doing family gathering weekends for twenty years, and we range in age from 1 month, to 87. Not all of us were able to attend this time, but all who were there, loved it. Andrew has thought of everything a person needs, and it is all clearly labeled, and easily accessible. The game room is fantastic, and even had our elderly parents playing ping pong. We look forward to our next visit.
This is one Airbnb location that is even better than the pictures and description. You know the trepidation you feel coming to an Airbnb; you wonder if you got cat-fished by well-framed pictures and over-ambitious descriptions. In this case, every part was better than described. The host was friendly and very responsive. He was available to help with any need. The house was very clean and well-maintained. All the lights worked, which for us is a first in an Airbnb. The kitchen was both beautiful and functional. One amenity of note was an excellently prepared book giving instruction and explanation about each part of the house. Anything you need to know about the kitchen, grounds, local area, washing machines, garage, game room, etc was in that book. It is the best I have seen in any Airbnb. Overall I say, "Bravo" to Andrew for a wonderful house and for being an excellent host.
The accommodations never fail to live up to our expectations.
This is the fourth time I've stayed at Andrew's place, but the first time I've stayed there in summer (we usually go in the winter for skiing). The house is wonderful - so well stocked with everything you could need (especially the kitchen), a great area for the kids to sleep and play, and very cleaned and well maintained. We got to take advantage of the beautiful backyard and fire pit, and awesome grill area. The house is close to lots of attractions for both winter and summer fun. Couldn't be more convenient! Andrew is a great host - proactive and helpful. We love staying at this house and can't wait to come back!

We are located next to a conservation area and you can walk on the back-roads to Mt. Cranmore, which is about one mile away. It is generally a good neighborhood for walking, jogging, and biking. There are several nearby walking or hiking areas, including Whitaker Woods and Black Cap (accessible from a parking lot on Hurricane Mountain Road) which is about 600 vertical feet and a fairly easy hike for most. There is a detour path to the top of Cranmore (although hiking down the ski trails is not allowed). Also nearby are Mt. Surprise (off Hurricane Mountain Road, with views of Cathedral Ledge) and Kearsarge North (parking also on Hurricane Mountain Road) which is a more challenging hike which will take several hours round-trip and has a fire tower on top. You can also bike or take a long walk to the Scenic Vista on Route 16 by taking Intervale Cross Road. North Conway village is about two miles away and is best walked or biked on the back roads.
There is no public transportation in the area. The Town of North Conway is approximately 1-2 miles away. Bikes (not provided) can be ridden on back streets to Cranmore Mountain which is close to North Conway village.
