Florent’s place was as described and suitable for our family. Location is good considering the nearby metrolines. Unfortunately the dishwasher was broken, but we got a little compensation. There was a plenty of room and the neighbourhood was peaceful.

I stayed at Florent's apartment, in a group of 5 adults and 2 children and it was incredible. The place is super well located, with easy access by public transport to the central part of Paris and there is also the possibility of visiting some tourist attractions on foot, such as the Pantheon, the Luxembourg Gardens, Notre-Dame cathedral and the Louvre , through a pleasant walk of about 30 minutes. In addition to being a beautiful apartment, spacious and supplied with all the necessary kitchen utensils and basic hygiene items. In terms of cost-benefit for a group like ours, it is certainly an excellent option. We will definitely stay again on a future group trip to Paris.

Merci Florent pour la préparation du voyage et l accueil. Un endroit très calme et confortable à proximité du bus pour visiter Paris tout en laissant sa voiture dans le garage de l immeuble, rare et appreciable!

My family and I stayed for three nights to see some of the main Paris sights. We had a lovely time. The apartment is an easy 1-3 minute walk from two Metro stations, and there's a small grocery and a boulangerie/patisserie that are very convenient. The neighbourhood was peaceful. Directions to get into the apartment were very clear. The apartment was well-stocked with everything we needed, and there was plenty of space to relax including a lovely balcony. Getting where we wanted to go in Paris was simple, with nothing we wanted to see more than 20-25 minutes on the train. Florent sent clear instructions and stayed in touch throughout the visit. Overall we had a wonderful time enjoying Paris, and this was a great place from which to do so. Merci beaucoup!
