Kincaple is a very peaceful area… ideally located to explore St Andrew’s and surrounding areas. David & Fiona’s cottage was extremely comfortable and well appointed.

A lovely cottage in a quiet peaceful and picturesque location just 5 minutes drive from St Andrew’s. Perfect base for our golfing trip to Fife, has everything you need and very comfy bed - and sofa bed! Great shower, everything you need in the kitchen and lovely and cosy. Hopefully will be back soon!

This was our 2nd time staying here, and it’s as wonderful and tranquil as it was the 1st time! It’s hard to imagine a better value for a couple near St Andrews!
