Nice clean house. Not too bad of an area. Neighbors were a lil noisy but it’s a townhouse so makes sense. Ash is very nice and responsive. Easy to find. It was 20 min out of all our destinations so not too bad of a drive. Overall a good stay I’d recommend.

This was our second visit to Ash’s Airbnb in Arvada - and we thoroughly enjoyed our experience. The home is nicely furnished with a lovely kitchen, comfy leather couches, and comfortable beds. Although we did not do much cooking, the kitchen is well stocked. Arvada has a lovely “Olde Town”, you can easily get to Denver (and the airport) by the train that runs from downtown, and you are closer to the mountains! We do highly recommend Ash’s townhome, and we’re quite certain we will be there again!

We stayed one night. Although there has been some remodeling, you could still see many spots that were not. We didn’t feel the photos accurately depicted what the house was like. However when we shared this with Ash he was super nice. I shared with him some things he could do to help make it feel “homey” and nice and to go the extra mile for a 5 star review. He was very open to hearing the ideas and said he would do what he could to implement some of them! So 5 stars for Ash!

We had a great stay at Ash’s place. For us it was close to our daughter’s place which made it so convenient especially since we had snowy days. The place was clean and comfortable.

Place is nice, lately renovated however something went wrong with the bathroom, bathtub and tiles surrounding it did not match the rest of place. We did not want to use it just to give you reference. This is why we give 4 stars.
