Restaurants and shops line the surrounding streets giving you plenty to see, do and eat! Our building is a historic landmark of the town of Arvada and is exploding with old charm and character while the surrounding area is full of coffee shops, restaurants and shops. Our space features upgraded appliances, cozy linens and decor, always clean and is minimally designed to feel like your home away from home. Our space sits in the residences above the retail spaces. The streets of Olde Town are pedestrian centered so you can not drive through the area. Instead the city has expanded the street for additional dining, fresh markets and pedestrian walking. Parking is very limited in town and is not available on the actual property. Street parking in front of the building is first come first serve and is on a 2hr limit. There are a few parking lots and garages in the area that are just a quick walk away. If you are traveling in oversized vehicles or need consistent and quick access to your vehicle, this will not be the place for you. If you enjoy immersing yourself in new places and getting in some light strolls through a quaint little neighborhood, the parking in town is a reasonable distance. 👍
