This place is absolutely beautiful! It is very clean and has everything you need! The mattress and pillows were super comfortable! We will definitely be returning for another stay!

Kyristin’s place is the best place we have stayed in Olde Town Arvada! It is a simple two block walk to all shopping, bars and restaurants as well as a 6 min walk to the train to downtown Denver. It is very nice and newly renovated. The beds are comfy, the bathroom is awesome and roomy with nice towels, a huge mirror, plenty of lighting and heated floors. The kitchen, breakfast nook and sitting area has plenty of comfortable space with a huge TV. There are nice perks too that you normally have to pick up such as all toiletries and toilet paper in the bathroom, paper towels, garbage bags, cleaning wipes, snacks, coffee, creamer, sugar, teas, spices, etc in the kitchen with a filtered water pitcher in the fridge. There are plenty of nice big windows as well so it has a lot of light for a lower level unit. Krystin is very responsive and accommodating as well with any needs or wants you may have. We felt safe and will definitely star this one for our next trip out to visit our daughter.

One of the best abnb I’ve stayed in. It was very nice, clean and modern. They thought of everything! It was great to have shops & restaurants in walking distance and also close to Denver! Loved the heated bathroom floors. Do wish there was temperature controls in the unit. Highly recommended!!
