My family was there for a mini reunion and the cabin and location fit our needs perfectly. The cabin was as described, clean and well equipped. We enjoyed the hikes, the Pantry and the lake walks.

As expected, it was an old house, but it was well maintained and almost new appliances were provided, so there was no inconvenience. There was no noise around except for the sound of birds, and the distant sound of the stream added to the taste. For 4 nights and 5 days, I had a comfortable stay in a place that felt like home.

Loved this cabin, everything in it, and its location. Green Mountain Falls is such a beautiful place and this stay made it even better. We felt right at home, safe, and had enough space for everyone in my family. It was a hassle-free rental and I will be back!

The house was set up great for our family-5 adults and 2 kids under the age of 2. There was plenty of bed and bathroom space for everyone. The outdoor spaces are very nice, although it rained most of our visit and we weren’t able to use them as much as we would have liked. The house was clean for the most part, with only a couple of minor issues. The beds and living areas are comfortable and we were able to hang out and all be together in the same spaces. We loved the location due to accessibility to hiking trails, and the little town area had a fun fishing lake, cute shops and restaurant, and a little bar - all within walking distance. It is also very convenient to get to area attractions and grocery stores. We would definitely book this house again for a return trip to the Colorado Springs area.

Great Location, spacious house, well stocked kitchen. Wife and I took our 4 kids to GMF, a place we love. The location of this house is just about 100 yards from the falls road which leads to the Catamount trail. We also visited 11 Mile canyon for a picnic which is a must and Manitou is always fun. Had breakfast at the Pantry after a short walk to town. We like to cook and this kitchen had it all, the grills out back work great and you may see a deer while out there. Plenty of outdoor space, very tranquil with the creek running across the street...Would definitely go back.
