Had a great 6 week stay at Evans’ place. There was a double booking conflict when I first arrived but Evans worked it out with me and I moved to my original room 8 days later. Otherwise check-in was relatively easy. Everything was relatively clean and I frequently used their laundry machines with no issue and occasionally used their kitchen. The location was great, it is down the road from the FDA White Oak campus and the Hillandale building.

Beautiful house and very comfortable stay!! Highly recommended for anyone visiting the area.

There were two issues pointed out to Evans which were corrected, lock not working and tv a problem. Evans fixed both issues. One issue was very young children who were very noisy late into the evening when I was ready to go to sleep after an exhausting day walking for hours. I did not mention this to Evans because they are his children and having my own children and grandchildrenI know kids can be noisy at times. Still, they are not my children and I should not as a paying guest have to overlook their behaviour. and adjust my schedule to theirs.
