Great location, close to all the wonders of Northern Michigan. The cabin is quiet & peaceful a great place to stay. I hope we stay again next year.

The home was in a quiet neighborhood. but it was very disappointed in the cleanliness of the home.Floors and bedrooms were not clean. Had a bad smell throughout the house. Grill had not been cleaned. Would not recommend!

We had an amazing stay great house right in the woods with SUPER friendly neighbors. Dennis helped get my car up the snowy hill. Everything was clean, except the water to smell kinda funky as it’s well water. But we used it for everything and everything was just fine. The outside was beautiful and I couldn’t stop looking at the water! Please bring a AWD or FWD car if it’s snowy. My cars rwd and if it would have been anymore then an inch of snow my car would have not made it. I WOULD RECOMMEND :)

Upon arrival we had to clean the fridge before we were able to use it. It was never cleaned after last guest. There was still cooked eggs and bacon left in it. The smoke alarm was missing in the dining room. 80% of the furniture should be replaced due to being filthy or broken. 2 of the kitchen chairs were extremely wobbly. Loveseat is broken down and you sink to floor when you sit down. One of the barstools is broke. Dark colored bedding was used. Would have liked to have seen white or light color bedding to be able to see if they are clean. Felt as though the floors were not cleaned before our arrival. We could feel dirt on our feet. There was also multiple pieces of dog food in random pieces. The ceiling fans and portable fans need to be cleaned! Light over dining room table had cobwebs. The oven and drawer under it need a cleaning. LOTS of food pieces in drawer. TONS of dirt under rugs. Could be a really nice place. Had a hard time getting passed the dirt!!!!

Heidi’s cabin was cute and she’s a great host. It’s a great bargain for the price.
