The building is in a great central location in Miraflores near Kennedy Park, Metro Supermarket and the Ricardo Palma bus station for affordable access to the Central Plaza de Armas to the north and Barranco to the south using line C. The lobby reception desk is open 24 hours, so you can check in by picking up the unit key any time including the early morning hours. The building is next to a large hotel for convenient tour pickups. The photos accurately depict the unit which is located on level 3. The unit is spacious with modern decor and furnishings. The wi-fi is fast and reliable, the shower provides consistent hot showers and the AIO washer dryer located in the bathroom works well. No shampoo, body wash or laundry soap is provided, so buy or bring your own. In the kitchen, no forks, spoons, knives, scissors and paper towels are provided, which is rather inconvenient. The freezer makes a loud whining sound so you have to keep the bedroom door closed. I still recommend this Airbnb.

Really nice apartment in the heart of Miraflores, it’s a couple blocks from anything you need and a 10 minute walk from the beach. We had a great stay.

The location of the flat is perfect: in the middle of Miraflores, close to the Parque Kennedy and the Metropolitano, and with many superb cafés, restaurants and a well-stocked supermarket nearby (with many imported luxury articles). Lady Bee Bar directly opposite. I liked the Smart-TV with Prime and Netflix and the great washing machine. The internet signal is very good. The flat is spatious and has a good layout. The building is modern and has a concierge. Communication with the hosts was great, and they addressed all problems and questions immediately. For longer stays they provide regular cleaning. Lima's climate and vehicle emissions are harsh and have left some marks on the flat, but I guess this is a general problem of the city. During rush hour, the huge balcony is of limited use, but during weekends an appreciated add-on.
