Absolutely beautiful cottage with fantastic views! Richard was friendly helpful and great with communication! We travelled all the way from Cornwall and will definitely return!

Richard's place was perfect for our small family, (2 little ones). He was very helpful before and throughout our stay - we will definitely be staying her again. The house was warm and in a quiet neighborhood, the place was clean and tidy and the beds were comfortable.

Absolutely amazing time throughout. Needed a long-term stay for a work contract nearby, and genuinely could not have asked for a better place. Made repeated bookings for a few months due to how much I loved the place. The cottage itself is fantastic (picturesque views from both living and main bedroom windows), and the location itself is a very good break from the hectic city life. Richard was one of the best hosts that I've had the pleasure to deal with in a very long time. Penty of recommendations on activities to do around the area, and very thoughful about making sure the guests have a great experience

Richard's house was very welcoming and we had a lovely long weekend staying there. His communications were excellent through out which helped to make our stay a relaxing one. Would highly recommend. It's a beautiful part of the country with great walks and good access to transport if needed.

Absolutely loved our stay. The moment we stepped through the door we felt at home. The cottage is lovely. Everything we needed was there, it was warm and cosy. Delph is a great little place. We went to the panto at the theatre just down the road and to a few pubs. We walked the Delph trail. I can't recommend the cottage and it's location enough. We will definitely return! Thank you
