Lovely, comfortable house right on the waters edge. Beautiful views of the harbour & Lumbarda from a shaded patio & sunny veranda. Plenty of wineries within easy walking distance.

Lumbarda tiene todo lo que nos hacía falta, super, beach club, restaurantes, alquiler barcos y muchos lugares muy bonitos para disfrutar del agua cristalina. La ubicación de la casa es mejor que mejor, las terrazas preciosas , las habitaciones amplias y menos una muy luminosas. El mejor son las vistas y la cercanía al mar. Un paraíso. Gracias, Milka y familia por todo.

The location was perfect, with a lovely swimming spot 40m to the left. Friday nights food market was wonderful. The house was big, with beautiful outside areas and views. We found that the outside areas just too hot in August, and internal communal space was very limited. House felt a bit like a guest house with individual rooms. Only 2 bed room ac. so that's what we used and the dining area. The rest of the house was wasted space. I think it would be very different in june/July or September/October. With out side areas, you would have loads of space. On a whole, we still had a lovely time. Lovely and clean, beautiful views, swimming and nice sea side town.

We spent 2 weeks here for our annual family vacation with 6 adults and 4 little children. The location is just perfect across the bay from the little town of Lumbarda and perfectly positioned right in the water and between 2 lovely local restaurants. We had the whole house to ourselves and made full use of both the ground floor patio and upstairs balcony for relaxing, having barbecues and eating meals. The house has air conditioning. We rented our own little boat for a week and the house has its own mooring which was great! Milka the owner is lovely and even gave us bottles of her very own red wine which we loved. Overall we found the house very relaxing and the general environment very local and tranquil. The internal kitchen and dining/lounge area is small but the rooms are very spacious with more than enough storage available. Milka even provided us with additional beach towels. We loved our stay so much that we plan on going back to Lumbarda again next year!
