Quiet spot and very walkable to coffee shops and restaurants. Quick bus route or drive to downtown as well. Enjoyed staying here and exploring the town.

This apartment is a great place to stay in Boulder! It's a short bikeride or drive or a very easy bus ride to downtown, and there are some good restaurants that you can walk to. As a cyclist, I loved that we could to be riding up into the mountains or on the nice gravel roads of Boulder Valley Ranch in minutes. We also really liked that the apartment is on a quiet, dead end street, and the neighborhood is nice and safe. The apartment is not furnished in a fancy manner, but it has everything you need, and it has a nice airy feel, thanks to the high ceilings and big windows. Annie was quick to respond to texts when we needed anything and gave us space otherwise, which was ideal.

Great location! Walking distance to coffee shops, many restaurants, local park and a hiking trail. Working remotely was not a problem - great internet. The kitchen table made for a great workspace and the unit has plenty of natural light. Perfect place for 1-2 people who want to explore Boulder, hiking trails and national parks. Street parking was always available. Looking forward to returning.

I do not feel like I got my money’s worth at Annie’s place. Upon arrival, it seemed like there were many things that were unprepared for a month long rental. The building and location are very nice and that was definitely the biggest perk. But between the hot water not working upon arrival (and not receiving a response from the host until well into the next day), the absence of cleaning supplies and lack of basic items like toilet paper, paper towels and trash bags, the living room window that wouldn’t lock and blew open (and how the host asked me to purchase wooden sticks in order to secure them instead of taking care of it herself), the bathroom fan not working and having to spend a day at the Airbnb and put my plans on hold in order to let people clean the air ducts, the terrible pillows and not being able to watch things easily on the TV due to the Chromecast setup and version, I truly don’t think I got what I paid for and I hope the host fixes these issues for future guests.

Annie’s place was great! It has lots of space, high ceilings, great sunlight, and is a perfect location for remote work. The neighborhood is great with easy access to trails, coffee shops and restaurants, and Pearl Street. Annie was a great host and very responsive. Would definitely stay again!
