My in-laws, my husband, dog and I generally enjoyed our short stay in the "Hill country" - a great place for dogs we quickly learned. Nice country farms nearby, and access to all the Happy Valley activities we were seeking.

I highly recommend staying at Ellen's place. Ellen was communicative leading up to and during our stay and answered all of our questions. The space was perfect for what we were looking for - we had all the cooking utensils we needed, we had all the space we could have hoped for, and the surrounding area was beautiful, relaxing and only a short drive to Northampton. The house manual and the labels around the house made it easy to know how to settle in right away. Thanks, Ellen, for being a great host!

Our group of four adults and one infant had a lovely stay in Ellen’s spacious home. She’s a responsive host who provided helpful guidance on checkin and during our stay. The main bedroom had ample space for our travel crib and the entire home was clean and spotless. The location is convenient and the house was very cozy. We didn’t get a chance to enjoy the porch area but we did play several board games in the large living room. I recommend highly!

We had a lovely stay at Ellen’s place. The layout of the space was great for my husband, one grown stepson and our four year old. Plenty of space so we weren’t on top of each other. Very clean and neat. Towels, linens, and a well stocked kitchen. Ellen has taken the time to label everything which made it easy to find anything needed. A few special things to note that stood out: board games and puzzles, a biscotti jar filled with treats and the electric fireplace!! Communication with Ellen was terrific!
