Great beachside location!! House was big and clean, balcony overlooking the beach. House was equipped with bikes and other outdoor activities great for the kids. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend for families looking for a beachside getaway

Highly recommended. Added extras were a nice surprise...like push bikes and helmets, skate board, fishing gear, high quality appliances, play station and games. Kids had great time. Adults loved the view and comfort. Very nice holiday. Thanks.

A fabulous beach home with all the lovely touches to make this a home away from home. The front deck leads to beautiful sea views and the rear garden has a great lawned area and is a haven away from the wind with a sun trap. The second living area downstairs was a god send for children to play. Beds were very comfortable. Perfect place for a couple of families. Great location in Middleton and a place to explore the Fleurieu Peninsular. Andrew was very quick to respond with our questions and accommodation. We had a fabulous time and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Highly recommend!

Our holidays plans changed at last minute and while everyone else found it ‘too hard,’ including Harcourts Southcoast, Andrew just made it happen. Incredibly responsive, and wonderful to communicate with, we were more than pleasantly surprised at our last effort to find a place. The house; super location, excellent layout - especially for families, amazing spaces - we played Finska in the back yard and ate breakfast on the balcony. Our favourite space - the kitchen/living/balcony. Tastefully decorated also, an absolute delight to be there! Airbnb goers - the photos do not do this place enough justice.
