自驾很晚才到，黑暗中找钥匙有点困难，不过碰到了超级热情的邻居！散步到海边很方便，出门就有公交车站台。每天听着海鸥的叫声醒来，太美好了……

This was a lovely flat to have in the city for the price!! it was close to the bus stop that you can take to old Edinburgh and also right on the riverwalk so you can walk to some good restaurants. the view from one side of the apartment was amazing - Arthur's seat and Colton Hill! it was overall a great stay. I think my only feedback is it could be a little more clean. it's an old building and the carpet reflects that but it wasn't anything that would not make me recommend it!

Die Dachgeschosswohnung bietet eine passable Ausstattung und ermöglicht eine unkomplizierte Selbstversorgung. Im Gepäck sollten sich ein paar wärmere Kleidungsstücke befinden, da die Räumlichkeiten sehr kühl sein können (Zur Zeit des Aufenthaltes war die Heizung defekt). Das Zentrum kann in 40 Minuten zu Fuß erreicht werden. Der Eigentümer ist jederzeit erreichbar und stets freundlich.

The main issues is the place has not been kept up. Obviously, no money is being put back in the place. The carpet looks like it has not been cleaned in years, the couch is dingy and the whole place is dingy and outdated. No extras are available for guests (ex: two thin pillows in whole apt). The major issue is you have to use the key to lock yourself in the apt at night and due to its malfunction, you could have a potential safety issue and not be able to get out quickly. I advised owner of this and he shrugged it off. There was no apt number in door so you had to use process of elimination to determine which apt. Also, no clear instructions on getting in the main door downstairs. Also, the ad made it seem like there was a dedicated parking spot, but it was street parking in which we had to park a block over when we got there. Overall out of 5-6 AirBNBs we have stayed in this year, this was by far the worse.

Sim's place was convenient to get to by car and was great to have parking outside. It was an easy bus ride into central Edinburgh and had a view of Arthur's seat from the window. It is also a short walk away from nice restaurants in Leith. We enjoyed our stay.
