Me and my friend lived here for 1,5 months and we really had the best time! The apartment is so cozy but modern at the same time and got everything what you need. Also Phyllis is such a nice host and helped us everytime immediatly when we got some questions and made our stay even more enjoyable.

It was a really nice and quiet place. The host is super nice too. It is good even for a small family like 3 people - 1 person may have to sleep on the couch though

-We cannot say enough about Phyllis and the wonderful hospitality we received. -Everything was as described, especially since expectations were laid out when we asked about booking. -We moved from out of state and stayed here while looking for permanent housing. All we had was what fit in a car, which was 90% clothes and toiletries. Phyllis had all the basics we needed. We’re so glad we didn’t go the hotel route. -The location is great, especially if you need to hop on Bart or bus. There’s also like 50 places to eat in a 2 block radius. -Phyllis was a great resource for things to do, restaurants, transit, and even a dog walker! 10/10 would recommend this place to anyone coming to the city.

I stayed at Phyllis’s place for about 3 months over the summer and really enjoyed my stay! The apartment was located in a really vibrant neighborhood and near a lot of public transit options. At the same time, the apartment is remarkably quiet due to its location, and I never had any noise issues. The apartment itself had everything I needed, with a fully stocked kitchen, comfortable bed, and on-site laundry. Phyllis was a great host who was communicative and respectful. I would definitely recommend staying at her place!
