Yet, within 8 minutes away from Diablo Valley College, Contra Costa Country Club.12-15minuets away from downtown Concord/Walnut Creek .10 minuets by drive to Sun Valley Mall. 15 minutes from Concord/Lafayette Bart station. Only 19 miles from Oakland/Berkeley, 30 miles to San Francisco and 39 miles to SF airport .36 miles to the wine country Napa.

The house was everything I expected. No surprises; easy coming and going. the place is good for anyone that needs an extended stay or anyone in the airline industry that needs a warm place to go.
Everything is wonderful
Yuan was a perfect host: helpful when I needed it and gave me lots of privacy. She even took me to get milk at the local supermarket (initially didn’t have car). The house is simply furnished, in a lovely location and my room was very comfortable. As it happened, I had the shared bathroom and refrigerator to myself. I was seeing relatives locally but discovered the John Muir House is nearby. Would definitely return.
