It starts with its unbeatable location right under the gondola, providing ski-out/ski in-walk-in (based on snow conditions) accommodations. The walk back is about 100 yards. You'll experience true mountain-style living in a quiet location with unforgettable views of the Steamboat ski area that can be enjoyed from 2 decks, the main living area and 2 of the bedrooms. The open living area which features an updated kitchen with mountain-style wood cabinetry and granite counters. It is fully equipped with everything you would need for cooking a meal and there is a large, beautiful wood dining table off the kitchen, perfect for a family or group. Sit back and relax by the gas fireplace and take in the fantastic views. The living area has access to 2 decks with amazing views. The master bedroom is very large that features a king bed, great views and a large, updated full bathroom. The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed and twin bed that is spacious and has slope views. The 3rd bedroom/den is off the living area, has two twin beds (trundle) and french glass doors. There is another large, full bathroom that had also been updated. During the summer, you are near biking and hiking trails, the roller coaster and other activities at the base of the mtn. Most mountain residences, including this property, do not have air conditioning. Fans are provided for your comfort. Awesome place. full with kitchen supply and clean towels. we really enjoyed the deck view and comfy bedrooms. surrounding with Aspen trees also good communication with owner. 5 stars.

The condo was exactly as described! Beautiful views and convenient location. Plenty of bedding, towels, and supplies.
The condo was roomy. Fully stocked with kitchen needs. Full size washer & dryer. You can sleep 5 adults comfortably & 2 small kids in the trundle beds. It wasn't really easy getting to the condo if you want to ski to the mountain. It's really more like a walk in/walk out. It's probably a two block hike going the back trail to get to the gondola area. Not that tough for adults. The snow was starting to melt so that wasn't that great. This is tough for small kids. Jason did a great job answering questions before we got there. If we needed extra supplies he made sure we had them. It was easier for us to schedule the free shuttle for our family to get to the gondola since we had kids with us. The shuttle guys were friendly, on time & helpful. We had to share the garage with the owner's car. That wasn't that great. If you have a big vehicle that is a little tricky. All in all it was a great experience & a little cheaper than being in a true ski in/ski out.
