非常漂亮的房子，里边有很多中国元素对东西，给我们这些中国游客很大的惊喜。壁炉很温暖

Place is in a great location but that’s it. We booked the place and almost immediately felt disrespected and unwelcomed; the host messaged me and assumed based on their previous experiences that we would be a “problem reservation” (being from Washington and booking a day before) that we were going to party and trash the place. Also threatened that if we had any type of neighbor complaint we’d be kicked out and have to pay an additional fee of $250 for security. Besides that… there was stains on the stairs and one of the bedrooms. Spiders and other bugs in the restroom. I think the cleaning crew can be a little more thorough once in a while. The tv is outdated so you can’t watch any of the streaming services. Beds were pretty uncomfy. Parking in the garage was a pain it’s super steep to get down to the garage and it’s so small only a sedan would fit.

Thank you for the safe and convenient accommodation. Pros: -Very responsive hosts (responded promptly to all of our requests) -Very informative hosts (well-detailed instructions and support materials provided) -Location -Quiet -Safe -Nice Neighborhood -Nearby attractions and stores (short drive) Cons: -Parking was misleading (very steep driveway) -Hotel feel -Unwelcoming/Sterile- we were hoping for a small taste of Seattle (i.e. local coffee, and goods upon arrival) -All appliances are dated (fix and repair needed) -No Netflix -Poor/Sluggish WiFi We had an absolute blast exploring the local neighborhoods and surrounding Seattle area (Madison Valley, University Village, Bainbridge Island, Snoqualmie Pass, etc.) Warm Regards, Smith Family
