We stayed in Dan's guesthouse for 3 nights and I wish we could've stayed longer. The house was spotlessly clean, comfortable, and very cozy. We felt right at home. The property was quiet and peaceful with beautiful views. It was a wonderful stay and we hope to be able to return one day!

If you’re an Airbnb host looking for tips, ask Dan! His place is what I always hope for and so rarely get. It was SPOTLESS! I’m very picky. I’m the person that looks for dust and dirt in corners - there was none! This place was cleaner than a hospital! The linens were clean and simple and the bed was made with tight folded corners. The decor was simple and tasteful. The kitchen was well stocked - it had all the necessities. He even had a few snacks available like granola bars and juice boxes (thanks!). The parking was right in front of the door which was super convenient. The lock box made self check in and out a snap. The space is HUGE! It has a dinning room, tv room with comfy & clean sofa (TV gets basic network television), a den with sofa, another sitting area next to the kitchen, and a back room with settee, and 2 bathrooms, plus the bedroom. He has freshly wrapped soaps, clean white towels, & a hairdryer. Verizon service worked decent as well as wifi. Perfect place!

This was our first time with an Airbnb and Dan really made it easy for us to work through the process. Snacks and drinks were stocked - the home was clean. There was a lot of reading material to choose from in our down time. It was a fun experience and I highly recommend Dan as a host.

Dan was a great host! He was super friendly with easy instructions. His home is very clean and a great place to stay if your looking to hike Ricketts Glen Park.
