Place was a good location, right by the pool and beach, 5 mins from a grocery store. We found a couple restaurants in walking distance however things are very pricey in Los Cabo, so having a kitchen was a must for us. The suite was a perfect size for our family of 5 with three beds and two bedrooms however the beds are hard and uncomfortable. Floors and the bathrooms were clean but cupboards were dusty, we had to wash things before using them. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Ralph's condo is in a good location on the beach. The pool is heated, restaurants on the beach are a close walk. He has provisions for every need. You just unpack and enjoy your vacation.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Ralph’s residence. We appreciated the spacious, clutter free space with amazing ocean views. There were many towels, beach towels and hangers, which is always appreciated. If you are a cook, Ralph’s place is very well equipped. The surroundings and pools are outstanding, as are all of the security staff and the wonderful people you meet by the pool. Ralph is very timely in his responses, if there is anything you need. Highly recommend!

This is our 2nd winter at Ralph's condo. It is like home away from home. The condo has everything you would need. We have made some friends here and enjoy seeing them from year to year. The highlights are the beach, heated pool, well kept surroundings and proximity to town for groceries, restaurants, bars.
