We absolutely loved our stay in Queensferry. Jennifer and Gareth were wonderful hosts and their place was perfect for our family of 4. It was super clean and had everything we needed on site. We were in walking distance to restaurants, the train was quick and easy to take into Edinburgh, and the view from the water was unbeatable. We highly recommend this location to anyone visiting the area.

Spacious, spotless home which was perfect for us as 2 couples, in an ideal location. Much more spacious than it looks in the photos. Lovely welcoming touches including beautiful flowers which lasted all week! Location is perfect - walking distance to train ( Edinburgh 15 mins) , park and ride or bus. Great motorway access for exploring Fife, Perthshire etc: all of this while being situated on a beautiful quiet street with plenty of free parking. Very short walk ( through parks/ pedestrian paths) to Queensferry with its range of restaurants and pubs. House was very well equipped and warm ( the weather wasn’t kind to us as can be the case in Scotland!) . Communication was friendly and easy - but we didn’t really need to contact Jennifer during our stay. Would 100% stay there again and recommend to anyone.

Jennifer and Gareth were really friendly hosts. Enjoyed meeting them very much. The cottage was cozy and had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. We loved that it was close to two large supermarkets so it was easy to get supplies. The coastal walk was very relaxing and we even took the train to cross the Forth River to the other side of Queensferry. We enjoyed beautiful views of the three bridges, including the famous landmark, Forth Bridge. Thanks Jennifer and Gareth for a memorable stay.

This is the second time we have stayed. The house is very spacious, the beds are comfortable, there are welcoming touches. It is easy to find a place to park on the quiet street.

We couldn't have hoped for a better experience with Jennifer and Gareth, and Rockcliffe Cottage is a lovely, homey place to stay. The house is lovely; clean, cosy, charming decor, and very comfortable furniture. Everything is really well laid out and easy to access/find - it just makes sense, and the four of us didn't have any trouble with anything at all. If we did, we knew we'd be fine as the communication from, and with, our lovely hosts was en pointe 👌🏻 always ready to answer any questions that may pop up, fabulous response time, and very nice people too. We'd happily stay there again and, if you're considering staying here, we heartily recommend!
